Both today and yesterday I visited my sites and did quick sketches and photographed them as well as taking notes.

I developed my idea further today and decided to go with 'places to watch Wellington fall down in the CBD during an earthquake'. It will involve choosing open, public spaces in Wellington with varying degrees of threat from falling objects in the advent of an earthquake. I have gone with Civic Square, Cuba St Mall and Waitangi Park and have begun researching and collecting things from the sites as well as doing sketches. I have defined the commonalities and differences between my sites.

Today I think I have come to an idea I am happy with, going with earthquake safe activities to do in Wellington. I have also critiqued my own and others ideas. I believe I have begun to further define this idea and am honing in on my chosen 'sites'. I have researched these sites to check their suitability and whether they fulfill the tourists brief.
